Conisborough College is privileged to be hosting the Jack Petchey Regional Finals of the Speak Out Challenge in Lewisham, giving young people the platform to “Speak Out” on something they are passionate about.
This enables them to develop skills in presentation and public speaking whilst building their confidence. This is a prestigious event to be attended by specially invited guests from the borough, including the Mayor of Lewisham.
The event is being organised by Conisborough College’s Titan Faculty in conjunction with SpeakerTrust. A number of our Year 10 students will be ambassadors for the school through stewarding, performing and contesting for this great event.
Parents, staff and students are invited to come and support Year 10 students; Irene Dongwe and Catarina Da Silva as they battle it out to be the best “Speak Out” challengers in Lewisham!
