On Saturday 3 July 2010, 100m students from across the school travelled up to Staines in Surrey to experience the trills and excitement of Thorpe Park.

On Saturday 3 July 2010, 100m students from across the school travelled up to Staines in Surrey to experience the trills and excitement of Thorpe Park.

Students won their places on this trip due to their excellent attendance and punctuality to school everyday for the whole year.

All the students and staff who accompanied them had a thoroughly enjoyable and rewarding day with the weather being fantastic, the rides as thrilling as advertised and the students treating eachother with respect.

 

 

 

 

 

 

“These students displayed excellent behaviour and attandance over the last year, attending school everyday on time.  I hope next year I will be able to take even more students on a reward trip such as this.  However, they will need to achieve at least 98% attendance over the whole school year and remember; if you are not here then you cannot learn!” – Mr Mallett
